This new concept of web guide developed by Re, enables up to 10 web guides to be checked at the same time with a single remote control unit.
The Relink system consists of a single driver MWG.61, which because it is so compact can be fitted to one device (AT, WG, WR) and connected to a series of others and to the RK.31 remote control unit from which the operator can perform any operation he feels are necessary.
The RK.31 remose control LCD display gives a clear and precise picture of each driver, a multi-language menu simplifies the actions of the operator and a series of pop-up messages accompany the calibration procedure and signal any problems.

The adjuster has been developed in order to obtain numerous advantages over other existing instruments: |
|
- Size. The control logic and motor driver have been combined in a small, single container that can be fitted directly to the framework of the web guide.
- Disturbance. As there is no cable connecting the driver to the motor and as the cables between the sensors and the adjuster are very short, disturbance and instrument cable time has been reduced considerably.
- Self-configuration. This function means that a considerable amount of time can be saved when setting up the system. In fact the system is configured automatically when it is turned on. The MWG.61 can understand which elements make up the system, which and how many sensors are connected, if an automatic sensor holder bar is present and the type of system configuration (single sensor, centre guide, line guide etc.).
