TM/B為雙直徑型，例如 3"+ 4", 3"+ 6"與6"+12"等，皆可以依客戶要求訂製各種組合尺寸的夾頭。

Expandgrip 4" chuck is a non locking method of gripping cores and is commonly used for cardboards cores on Shaftless unwinding machines.
Thanks to a patented closing system the movement of the keys takes place only when the chuck is completely inserted into the core of the roll.
This new design allows the unwind of the complete roll, without web breakage close to the core, a problem common with most mechanical chucks.
Keys are smooth and rounded in design, which allows the reuse of the cores, saving money and with low maintenance of the chucks. |
The Expandgrip 4" chuck has a cone shaped nose for ease of loading and unloading. They are manufactured and heat treated in high quality steel, giving high resistence to wear - good load carrying capacity - high tension for a wide range of operating conditions.
As the locking keys are completely smooth, they assure locking without slipping, and they don't create powder or rag grinding of the paper.
